Is it expensive or easy to find someone to reblock a cowboy hat?

I got this old and cool looking cowboy hat a tag sale, except it has been flattend at some point and now needs to be reshaped or "reblocked" as I think it is called. It is made of leather suede.

How would I find someone who does this, and how much in US dollars should this cost me?
