...I think you're talking about the grossly disturbing and sadistic grindhouse-style slasher flick from 1980, entitled "Don't Go in the House"...
This was a very difficult film to sit through; I remember originally seeing this one, in one of the seedy downtown Los Angeles grindhouses, back-to-back with the sleazy holy grail of women-in-prison flicks, "Chained Heat".
