Some people might pray for blindness...not everyone should be seen naked at all...just the thought of it is scary...I guess people would need more therapy...
However in a perfect world think Adam & Eve...they never realized their nakedness until they ate that fruit so maybe it wouldn't be such a big deal IF and a big IF if we didn't realize that we were naked...after all it would be the common thing to see...but then again with the sagging and wrinkles... yup some people might still pray for blindness.
If we people didn't sag or have wrinkles then it'd be perfect.

Adam and Eve were naked in the garden of Eden until they were shamed and that's when they covered up. If we were all comfortable in our own skins and liked to be naked all the time all of these high end clothing companies and makers would not exist.

well the conversations at the bar would be like "Man i bet she would look hot in a pair of jeans and shirt." instead of the way they are now. winter time would really suck. no one would have to worry about tan lines. we wouldnt be asking what are you wearing right now or what are you going to wear to the dance.

well we would all have
1. skin cancer
2. half the world would freeze to death
3. there would be a few less criminals in jail for public indecentcy
4. sex would be easier
