i need a good cell phone but i dont have good credit and i dont want prepaid ? i want it to cover pretty much ever where. i live in ky !! so please help me !!

tmobile has some type of plan for people with bad or no credit, i would check with them. I started on it when i had no credit and than built mine up and got off.
