Pregnancy does not rely on who does or doesn't have an orgasm. It has to do with having sex at a time when you are ovulating, and if sperm are released into or near the vagina so they can swim up and impregnate your awaiting egg. If you are trying to get pregnant, it can help if you do orgasm - the contractions help the sperm on their way.
