i want it to sound deep and quiet. not like a vacuum cleaner and without a maxwell tip.

Try Flowmaster maybe a Hushpower II or even a Flowtech.

Forget the sports mufflers just run straight pipe eliminate the catalytic converter or just run open headers ovrtall it will improve performance and will sound loud and mean you can also make the flames shoot out for the cool effects by placing the sparkplug in the pipe about 4-5 ft from the and and conect it to a high voltage output. I done the same on a 2.2 cavalier runing the exhaust on a side.

Sorry 4 cyl engine just's sound like weed eaters when exhaust is opened up. Deep quiet is the stock system. Quick trade it in for a supercharged SS

A straight pipe and a Cheerry Bomb muffler. It won't sound anythjing like rice, but it won't be quiet either.
