Get your numbers changed, you CAN get a new number at work if you request it. Otherwise, put up with the harassment.

I can tell you from experience!
When she calls on the land line, hang up and dial *57 (star 5 7) Then call the police in the town where she lives. File a report and they will tell you that the next time she calls, do *57 and call the police again. They'll pay her a visit.
For the cell phone, *57 doesn't work but you can usually block a number.
We used to have a person with mental illness calling us in the middle of the night when she was drunk. A man in a bar had given her a fake number, and it happened to be our number. After a few months, the police got her dad to sneak into her apartment and steal the napkin with the number on it. True story.

Call the police and file a report. I don't know where you are from, but in Florida, harassing phone calls is a criminal offense. Keep notes of when she calls, hopefully your phone companies have good records. I would definitely make your boss aware also - I don't see how you can get fired for being a victim of harassing phone calls anymore than a victim of another crime.

First off tell your boss whats going on, this should cover you at work. about your home and cell you can always change your number.
another thing you can do is go to the cops show them your phone record and tell them you want her to stop, that she is harassing you. and file charges.

Call the police and file a report. You can get a restraining order for that. And if she keeps calling even after you get a restraining order she can go to jail.
