You made a very good move. You have no idea who this dude is, and there seems to be a really high risk that he could be a predator. Besides, if you are 13 and he acts like he can just see you anytime anywhere, then he must be an adult. Plus, it must be a little coincidental that he likes the exact same things that you like. Sorry, he may be a pedophile. If you want to meet someone, try talking to people at your school. Besides, he was coming on way too strong -- he seems pretty creepy even if he is your age.
