My Laptop's Streets&Trips map won't co-operate with my blutooth GPS Reciver.Can't find it, WHY?

1. What the full name of Microsoft Streets & Trips (Mine says "with GPS")?

2. Make & model of your Bluetooth GPS device?

3. Does either User Manual say it IS supported in Streets & Trips?

4. Does your PC support Bluetooth? <<< Critical!!!
