Chill out with a good book, a beer/cider or two or three, Country and Western music playing in the background, stroking the cat curled up on my lap, cooking an exotic meal,
going on line to answer some questions, occasionally having an early night, listen to Radio 4, catch up with my mail and correspondence, read the local papers, phone a friend or two, do a crossword, get a tin of rice pudding, macaroni or semolina out open it put some nutmeg/cinnamon into it and eat it cold from the tin, have some cornflakes with ice cold milk. Life is for living make the most of it.

Eat a little, then just sit back and relax...
Maybe have some music on, but most of the time I embrace the silence.

have a nice long bath, then crack open a bottle of wine and sit down and watch what i want on tv without the other half being there channel hopping all night
