Or are you so busy trying to break the person down that you forget to build thm back up? Or do you just not care and say whatever I broke them down let them stay there?

Thats the whole idea about breaking something down, is that it will be built back up and even be stronger than it was in the first place with better assets and talents than when you first met .

I think this is very true and I personally vow to cut it out. If I have to say something negative I will saty 3 positive things. Well put and an excellent thought.

I really try not to break anyone down.
And, If I DO, it's on accident, and I will try soooo hard to build them back up.
I can't stand hurting people!
