I know the way to write it out is:
(10^10^100) ^ (10^10^100),
but I was wondering if there was a name for such a number.

The idea of that number is NOT absurd, despite what some answerers might say. Just because you can't physically count up to some number does not mean it doesn't exist. See:

for a number quite a bit larger than the one you have there. It proved quite useful in an imoprtant mathematical proof.

However, that number does not have a particular name. The standard number naming schemes:

don't get up to numbers that big. Honestly, the best name for it would be "a googolplex to the googolplex power" probably.

A googolplex is 10^10^100

So a googolplex to the goololplex is:
(10^10^100) ^ (10^10^100)

There is no need for a name for this number since the number of particles in the universe is approximately 1 googol or 10^100. Therefore a googolplex alone is somewhat of an absurd idea.

Yes one googolplex = 10^(10^100) =a 1 followed by googol zeros.
