yes taj mahal is ranked in 7 wonders by a commercial organisation...they have earned a handsome amt of money out of it...UNESCO has nothing to do with it and ... millions of people have spent theire valuble time and money to fill pockets of someone they Dont even know !!!!!

Yes. We made it happen. So it's a big thump on the back for all us Indians who cared enough to vote.
Incidentally the new 7 Wonders Heritage list matches with the ones I voted for.

It is NOT on the 7th position!!! The order was announced randomly so it could be the first most voted for all we know! I voted for it! And I glad Machu Picchu won too!!!

yeah i heard...but wasnt it always one of the seven wonders of the world? what else made the list...i wonder did any of them that used to be on the list not get voted for this time.
