I am a US Citizen who would like to live in either the United Kingdom, Germany or Italy. How would I go about finding a job in any of those countires? Are there certain restrictions to consider?

As said, you will need a work permit and visa, and it would be best to speak the local language.
Having a college degree is worth a lot, but many people end up working in bars and hotels while traveling around.

An other way is to work for an American company.
The US navy and army have a lot of employees next to the military, many of them USA civilians.
And a lot of the big multinationals bring in part of their staff too.
If so, they will help you with the paperwork and sort out things like housing and even schools for your kids, may you have them.

For finding a job in Europe, before you even consider the country you want to live, check all English language job sites. (Search for words like job agency, vacancy, or the job description of your current job and add the name of the country in the search engine.) This will help you decide which country you may be able to get a job worth having.

But if you really want to live in Europe, any job will be good.
(But also consider that some women end up selling themselves because they did get in a too tight money situation, or trusted people offering them jobs that did not exist.)

I've lived in two different countries in Europe, Estonia and the Czech Republic. While it helps to know the local language, it isn't 100% neccessary either. I teach ESL and all you need is for a schol to hire you and they'll help you with the paperwork. Google on ESL and you'll find too much to look at. Good luck.

In any of those countries you will need a Visa and a work permit, not easy to get, but not impossible either.Furthermore you will need to speak the local language. In case of germany, I strongly discourage you to come here without a valuable college degree and an at least intermediate command of the german language. To get an overview of the job market, simply use online job search engines like http://www.monster.de
