probably means ur plugged in ... yank the cord and presto ...

It just means that your notebook battery is being re-charged. If you disconnect the power cord and the light still remains on, or it is always on there might be some problem with the light.

Ummmm...... check your owners manual and it will tell you what everything on your laptop is and what it indicates.

It sounds to me like it means that there is power to it.....
