I got it used and had to disconnect the battery, now the radio won't turn on.

If you go to the dealer they can look up the model code on the radio and will be able to tell you the code. It happened to me with my Honda. Luckily I had a really bored cousin who kept trying different combinations until he figured it out.

I am having the same problem with my 2006 honda civc. The dealer told me I had to bring it in to the service dept and have it hooked up to a computer.. What a bunch of BS. hope your Chevy is not so demanding..

Go to a GMC dealership.
