Thats natural. As long as you haven't done it, I wouldn't worry about the bumps. They are probably hair follicles. Or it could be blocked glands ( I forgot what they are called). If things start hurting, you should go to the doctor. Otherwise, everything is okay, no worries.

Those are hair follicles which means that you will start growing hair on the shaft of your penis
