Short of years of practice and study, go to your library and see if they have, or can get you a copy of, Ivy Goldstein-Jacobsen's, "Simplified Horary Astrology." That's probably the most accurate knowledge you'll get from a book or website, that's written clearly and consisely enough for you to understand the basics of horary astrology, depending upon your level of knowledge of general astrology, and then some. And if you're truly a student of horary astrology, I suggest you buy it from AFA or any of the other sites. It's a classic and well worth the money. All her books are. And becoming harder to find and more expensive each year.
