I need some ideas on what to dream about - they're usually more like nightmares and want something exciting but not so that I wake up screaming or crying or attacking my husband. All of which I've done recently.

I think you should dream about whatever makes you happy. I don't have the luxury of choosing my dreams. Sometimes I wish I did.

i wish dreaming was that easy!!! we could all chose or pick a topic and just dream it,, that would be great.its unfotunate that we cannot choose, things come to us in or subconcence, cannot control what we dream about. sorry.
