You have found an Easter egg - congratulations as it is one I have not know of before and one that has been 'slipped in since Easter eggs were mostly banned in Microsoft software.

It is what we used to call in software programming an 'Easter Egg'

Which is a bit of code that enables a combination of key strokes or mouse clicks etc that have to be made to reveal a message or or something happening as a surprise or to convey a message.

These Easter eggs were put in by the programmers of whatever program they apply to
And were done as a joke of for the programmer to get off on how clever they were.

These Easter eggs existed in Windows quite a lot up till windows 98 but then Microsoft got wise and clamped down on them

It looks to me like you have found one that someone ( a programmer) slipped in since the terrorism in the last few years that Microsoft did not detect:

But it has no significance beyond the workings of a clever and bored mind who was involved in the programming of MS Word and who was clever enough to get round the ban on Easter Eggs

You may have been one of the few to have discovered it but now you have and have shared it here I am sure it will be written out of word software in the future or an MSoffice automatic update sent out that gets rid of it

you have got highlighted them or they could have saved in a blue font. i does no longer problem approximately it. you are able to in basic terms make the font black returned once you need to use them. in basic terms spotlight each and everything and alter the colour to black.
