Is it your first pregnancy? If it is the baby inside of your uterus is growing and stretching everything inside of you. I know when you are resting it's fine, but you get up quickly it's just a jabbing pain right above your pubic bone. After a couple of kids it goes away.
See your doctor anyway, but I'm sure he will say the same thing if there is no bleeding.

I been feeling like this too, not sure if I' pregnant or not yet, but my period hasn't come... I'd be 4 wks and a few days by now. I have heard that cramping is normal, but if it occupies bad pain and spotting or bleeding consult ur dr. GOODLUCK

I'd say as long as you don't begin to bleed then you're fine. If you see any discharge that is heavier than normal or begin to bleed, see a doctor asap. Just rest for now and see if it gets better, at your next check up if it hasn't then speak to your doctor about it.
