Oh the joys of pregnancy! I am 37 weeks pregnant and I have had no energy hardly at all the entire time I have been pregnant. That is up until about two weeks ago I started having these cravings for fruit, fresh fruit too. So I started eating eat by the pounds and I started having these little burst of energy that would last for a few hours and then go away but the further along I get the longer these burst of energy last. Also the more I crave fruit. Now I have no idea if it is the fact basically all I eat is fruit these days or if it is just all of my wacky hormones, But generally if you eat lots of fruit and vegetables and stay away from the heavier foods you tend to have more energy. It could also be the heat especially if you live in an area that is particularly humid. I have also noticed that I have a lot less energy when it is really hot and humid outside. On those days I try and stay really hydrated with extra water and avoid going outside until later in the day or early in the morning, that way it isn't as hot. If you consult your doctor first try vitamin b6 or b12 they both are supposed to help with your metabolism and energy. I hope this helps and I am sorry you are so miserable. I really do hope you get to feeling better. Just think though it is almost over for the both of us!

I used to be able to motivate myself into cleaning the house by turning on some music, now I turn on music and I cant even finish washing a sink full of dishes. I dont know what Im going to do the rest of my pregnancy, Ive only just begun!!! It takes energy to make another person, I guess! Im with you Christina G. Maybe just lots of sitting? I'm going through the same thing, although I've noticed that when i eat really properly, like no chips and lots of veggies and things that i seem to have a little energy boost. Very little energy and a toddler to chase after... oh the joys.
Congratulations and good luck = )

Your battery would have a ineffective cellular and isn't any longer conserving a cost. additionally, in basic terms via fact there are no longer any seen indications of "some thing on" interior your automobile, there remains a threat which you have a small short. i'd initiate with a unfastened battery examine at an Autozone or comparable motor vehicle factors save with a conveyable digital battery tester/analyzer. they might allow you to comprehend in some seconds in case you have a foul cellular or in case you have a quick someplace thats draining the battery.

because its tiring holding 10 more pounds on your body.
you should be fine. drink lots of water.
usually women 25 and older have more energy when pregnant. how old are you? if your in your more early 20s, you will have a lot less energy.

Sometimes, the exhaustion is just a reminder to slow down. It's frustrating, but just cope the best you can. I think every now and then, our bodies remind us of what they need--and what is coming when your baby arrives.
