your memory in remembering things from the past?

the past is pretty good compared to the short term memory.
I have CRS and CRAFT now.
for those of you that don't know what either of those are...
CRS is Can't Remember Sh*t
CRAFT is Can't Remember A Fu*king Thing

Not good. It's a little scary sometimes because my husband will be talking about things that we did 3 years ago and I seriously don't remember. I don't doubt he is telling the truth, but I don't have any recollection of what he is talking about. My doctor says it's stress. I'm 39 years old and my grandma died a few years ago with Alzheimer's so I don't know. Some of my friends that are my age say they have the same problem.

It's not that I have a bad memory ... I just chose not to remember certain things from my past. There's no reason to relive it or think about it. What's done is done and there's no way to change it.

I ahve a vivid memory of past events (especially when I haven't been drinking mass quantities of alcohol on the given day) :0)

Excellent. I can remember my high chair from when I was a kid and things people said over a decade ago. Flax seed oil (Omea 3,6 and 9 fatty acids) spawn cellular brain growth; keeps me sharp.
