Hi, Cooked, shelled peas are an excellent occasional food together with frozen brine shrimp, bloodworms & citrus fruit. I would recommend a staple diet of good quality pellet foods such as Pro Gold.

Depends on the fish, but for most fish yes, it's a good food item and can be fed as a regular part of the diet.

Yes its true its safe and common for most fish but bettas and goldfish is most common.

Bettas like to eat it thawed naturaly.
Goldfish eats it to cure Swim Bladder problems.
