Most modeling casting websites are not legitimate. NEVER look online for modeling. It's VERY dangerous to do so.

As for auditions, they are often listed in your local newspaper, in the movie section of the newspaper.

Hi,

craigslist is free, but you won't find a lot of the good casting calls there. For those you will have to pay, but if you are a trained actor, have a head shot and resume, then you could benefit greatly from other online casting resources.

Have a look at this page on my site that has to do with how you can go about getting an agent: http://www.actingcareerstartup.com/how_to_get_an_agent.html

Also, by the nature of your question, I'm thinking that you can benefit from another resource I created, which is free ebooklet that you can download called: What It Takes To Become An Actor. Just go to this page and sign in and you can download it for free: http://www.actingcareerstartup.com

Hope that helps!

Try Craig's List
www.craigslist.org
Go to tv/film/video under Jobs.

You'll find loads under it, that has to do with MODELING.

Good Luck!
