Whats the best way to give your fishs spinach leaves ? Do you par boil it, or just put it in out of the bag. And how long should you leave it in your tank? And whats the best way to keep it on the bottom? Thanks

Soften it slightly is best. No need to actually par boil it really, just a quick 4-5 second blast in the microwave will do the trick. You can attach the stem to a rock with a rubber band or you can use a veggie clip available at most pet stores while will either sink it to the bottom or allow you to use the suction cup to hang it from the side of the tank.

my goldies get spinach everyday for breakfast. i take a few leaves out and add just a tiny amount of water and cook in the mic for just 1 minute. i break up in tiny bits and feed this way. greens are best foods to feed goldies. do you have goldies?
