does anybody know where i can get a video card for my toshiba satellite laptop

Not possible and not enough information.

99% of laptops have built-in video and cannot be updated. The rest have proprietary video that only the manufacturer would make, even if it's upgradeable. Usually only boutique brands like Alienware and such have upgradeable video laptops/notebooks.
