He is a non-Zionist, they do not agree with the genocide of Palestinians for a Jewish state, though they do want a Jewish state. It is the way that it is happened that disgusts most who are concerned.
Added: Allergic to morning, if that's the case, then why has Israel moved the 1948 border 2 times into Palestinian territory? The border was put in place, but Zionists continue to take Palestinian land. And yes I know my history and the Jews left some 2000 years ago.

Huh? Why would being a world-famous chess champion make someone hate Israel? You think you answered your own question, but your answer makes no sense.
I have no idea how Fischer feels about Israel. I have to take your word for it. Maybe he doesn't bother himself about Israel because he already has a country called the United States of America.

The only Jewish people I've ever met who dislike Israel are those that have swallowed the lies and propoganda of the Arab world, and who believe that the Jewish people stole the land of the Palestinians.
But anybody who knows their history, is supportive of Israel, because they know that the British partitioned the land fairly and that the Arabs living there only left because the surrounding Muslim countries told them to, knowing they were about to attack - which they did, the 1948 war of independence.
68 per cent of Arabs left the land without ever even encountering an Israeli.
Jewish people should know the history of Israel; it's a shame when they don't.

Lots of Jewish people hate or dislike Israel because it gives them a bad name they feel..you have to remember that it is easy to be a Jew in the U.S. but a whole different feeling being a Jew in Israel....
