yes, and you see a demarcation line of wet and dry. I've seen it with snow storms also.

Quite possible, really. It depends on how exact your position is. The rain cloud should be on one side of you and the not-rain cloud being on the other side. =) But of course, they both should be in the \sky

yes. at a fast food place where i worked many years ago it would rain one one side of the building and not the other. it happened quite a few times.

Also, Right before tornadoes are about and theres lots of wind and the rain goes vertical pretty much only half of you gets wet.

i would say it is possible because when the clouds are moving slow enough the rain stays in place(like in slow motion) and it will stay in one place for a short period of time but will eventually get there!!!

i would say yes ... my best friend just say the other day it was raining in her back yard, but not in the front. so i guess if you could find that "line" it would be possible.

when i was in 8th grade i was in class and to the right of me (the doors) it was sunny - but to the left of me (the windows) it was raining....

Yea sure!
You can do this experiment in your own home.
Just turn on the shower, make it kinda warm then stand half way in then see what magically happens!!! Science is great!
