That is exactly what the devil and his demons place into the mind. The spiritual battlefield is in the mind.
Psalm 118:17
"I shall not die, but live, and declare the works of the Lord."
We are what we think. Get this stinkin' thinkin' out of your mind. It has every mark of the devil. Tell the devil when this thought comes into your mind that it is the Lord who declares when you die and he has no authority over you.
This thought will come from losing a parent at a young age, but you are not your parent. And this familiar spirit has no authority over you. This thought comes from the spirit of fear which is a familiar and evil spirit. Bind the evil spirit in the name of Jesus and tell it to leave and go into the desert. Keep your mind and heart on Jesus and this will be your defense. Read the Word of God daily and receive the hope of the Heavenly Father.

For many years I was convinced I would die at 34- I'm now 46- oh well

all the time....im not sure why, i happen to be a healthy and well adjusted individual ...but i had a car accident 6 years ago and from then, i felt that death can happen anytime...and its not that bad anyway...it doesnt bother me or affect how i live my life but yes, i can feel it

yep but the older I get the more I think I amgoing to make it........wait a minute make it to what???? Crap I am going to die anyway!! Man I just cant win.

i almost drowned once.
apart from that i sometimes feel like i wont live to a great age.
