Please thaw the cube first. Your Oscar will snarf down a whole cube of frozen stuff and get a bad brain freeze. Once a day is good if you also feed another feeding of flake or pellets. I like to vary the frozen with live things like worms or snails or fish I raise myself for this purpose.

I like to feed my fish twice a day. Once with pellets or flakes and once with live or frozen foods. Of course, you should thaw the food first ;)
