Hi heels on a woman make her butt and chest stick out more than usual, which can make them look sexier. I personally think it looks weird to wear nothing but heels. I think naked women look best laying down, on their back or on their side.

It is suppose to enhance your posture and make you look sexier. It think it is weird. Heels look uncomfortable to me. I would prefer a woman be naked and barefooted.
It is just more natural.
