my husband and i have been married for 10 years.we have children together.a year in a half ago i cheated on him.he was never there for me mentaly.he cant except that what all i told him is the truth he thinks there is more. we sat down and were talking and he told me he had some things to tell me but he wasnt going to be 100% honest with me unless i told him everything in my past.once again he wouldnt except the truth so i made things up to here what he had to say. he told me that he has cheated on me multipule times since i had to him. he says the reason this is ok is he was trying to see how i could do it to him. i think he enjoys being with other people but he is in love with me. i told him maybe we should have a open relationship(sexually) and he seemed to like that idea. after our conversation was over i told him i lied about every thing i had said as far as being with other people and now he took everything he said to me back and wont even sleep with me.please tell me what to do

Go to counseling. This is not a marriage. However you sound like you love each other. Turning to other people is not the answer! Please get some help

Oh, what a tangled web we weave when first we practice to deceive"

If you two want to save your marriage, you need to go see a marriage counselor or your Preacher to work this issue out. You guys will not be able to work this problem out by yourselves.

Just remember the foundation to a successful marriage is build on trust and communication. And those 2 things have been destroyed here and needs some healing in order to rebuild them.

I suggest finding a good church to attend, get right with God , get right with your husband and everything else will fall in place the way that they should. It may not be perfect as it was before this mess was started, but it will be a new start to life.

Get out now, he will always cheat and you will think lowly of yourself in your unfaithfulness. Marriage is sanctified by God and He is the one you should turn to now. Best of luck.

You betrayed your marriage. In his place, you are scum. I'd leave. End of story.
