Do some bustbuilding exercises. The pectoral muscles will push your bust out and make you appear fuller and well rounded.

You can exercise to strenthen the pectoral muscles which support the boobs. Best exercise would be "Butterfly" which can be done sitting or lying down.

nothing actualy if your talking about boobs you should knw there nothing but fat. So if you workout you lose them

put clothes pins on your nipples and pull them as hard as you can till they bleed
