Suppossedly because its 7-7-07. the 7 is suppossed to be a lucky number. I don't think it is. it's only a njumber! People picked this day to get married because they believe in that stuff. I believe if you get along and love eachother very much it will be a lucky marriage or one of the few that doesn't end in divorce. It won't last because of the 777 wedding date alone. So far its not my lucky day, its like all of the rest.

Uh sorry but people that are using 7/7/07 as a lucky day have it wrong. If your using numerology then you have to add the 2 to 2007 so in actuality it's 779 :)

I believe, it's what you yourself make out of it. To me, 7 doesn't mean a thing. And neither does 13.
But the Number 7 is a number you'll find especially in religion, religious rituals etc. But you also find it in Music, Sports, Art & Literature.
These are things I remember:

- the movie "7"
- the movie "7 years in Tibet"
- 7 openings in a humans head
- Sacraments (Catholic)
- (depending on how you look at it) 7 continents

- Seven Seas
- 7 Joys of Mary
- A variety of songs that start or are called "Seven"
("7th Chamber" by the Wu-tang Clan, "Seven Seconds" by Youssou N'Dour and Neneh Cherry, "Number Seven" by Cypress Hill...)
- Number of Heavens in the Islam
- seven deadly sins
- The 7 Virtues
- Days of the week
- God creates the World in seven days (Christian Belief)

For what ever reason, people have always tried to associate numbers with good or bad fortune, all throughout time. As human beings, we are "hard-wired", in the brain to develop and follow patterns. It's a type of instinct. I believe since we know that numbers have definite patterns, we attempt to predict the unpredictable using numbers. The simple answer is, no, there is no association between luck and numbers.

only if ur superstitious..today suppose to be a lucky day because its 7-7-07.. and 7 suppose to be a lucky number..they say that u suppose to make a wish at 7:00 am and 7:00 pm and ur wish will come true.

its not really a lucky day..but triple numbers are angel numbers, to some people they have alot of meanings to them, we all attract different numbers...for me its number 333, that was a lucky year for me on the 3-3-03 and the number 333 has alot of meaning to me....777 would have alot of meaning to some people but not to everyone....

I haven't had extreme luck today. But I was able to have my friend over for a sleep over and we can see a movie that my parents weren't sure about, so its ok.
