I drive a car that gets 35mpg. Recycling everything I can. I keep thermostats in winter no more than 68, often lower. I've sworn off air conditioning, both in my house and in my car. Replacing the lightbulbs as they burn out with compact fluorescents. Tap water instead of wasteful plastic bottles.

I have been recycling for many years, I take shorter showers and keep my car in good condition.
