There is a pretty cool program that runs silently in the background of your computer. Its called Win-SPY
. It takes screen shots of all websites open, records
all keystrokes, records chats. Very good program. I have installed in on a computers at a patent company very effective. Here is a link to tell who what features to look for when choosing this kind of spy software.

you cant! unless there's a software installed which can track internet activity, there's no way to trace it

Your History remains in your index.dat files. You will need a small free software to decode these files into plain text. (SuperWinSpy)

You can't really.
If you use Internet Explorer then there may be index.dat files and cookies in C:\Documents and Settings\Your Name\ which have time stamps on them but that's about it.
