morning person?

Question

do you enjoy waking up early in the mornings, perhaps going outside for a walk when everything is serene and quiet, and the sun is just rising?

or do you like to stay up late the night before (night owl) and sleep in late, and wake up at around noon?

i am a morning person. when i sleep in and wake up late i feel as if i have wasted half the day.

I love waking up early! Having it still be dark out, and then watching the sun rise! But I also like to stay up late....I can live easily without much sleep. I feel the same way when I sleep in late too.

I have a hard time getting out of bed in the morning, but once I get up i'm fine. If I sleep past 8 am, I feel weird all day.

Actually I am both. I am one on those lucky people that can do either. I am a total early riser because the DOG needs a walking at 5. I am one of those people who drink somewhat alot of caffeine and that is how I make it through the day!

When i sleep in i also feel that i have wasted half the day but i still do it
it's a habit.
I have insomnia but everyone once in awhile i like to wake up early and get things done.
it feels good.

I know exactly what you are saying! Sometimes if I did go to bed really late I will not wake up as chipper, but after 3 or 4 cups of coffee I am great!
