I believe that they are making fun of todays, radio rock. I do not find it an insult to good rock only becuase, my rock isn't mainstream. As far as radio rock, real rock has died. Also, their making fun of it, makes them seem "cool". but on the contrary rap, is all the same, when I clicked on it, I seen a fat guy in a fur coat, looking like he's trying to be cool, talking about something, against a generic back beat. So I don't take offense to this against my music. If anything, it's a blantant, showdown between rap and radio rock.

It is the nature of the beast. What can you say. Rock artists have made fun of other music, though, so it all is the same. I remember ZZ Topp doing "Money for Nothing" actually sticking it to Rock people for getting paid to do nothing, and also in the same song making fun of Boy George, who at the time was controversial but was making money hand over fist. ("The little ****** with the earing and the make up, yeah that's his own hair! The little *******'s got his own jet airlpane, the little ****** is a millionaire...") So, they poke fun all around and try to sir up a reaction. That is what poets, bards and artists aim for. Reaction. So, you had a reaction and it met it's purpose! have a dandy day!

Bizarre is part of D-12. If you have never listened to anything by them, then you should know that they poke fun at everyone and everything, including themselves! This song/video is not meant to be insulting, it is just a parody. Have a sense of humor! By the way, I am a total rock n roll girl, and I wasn't offended at all.

If he's a rock star I am the Jolly Green Giant.
I play blues-rock - I'm MILES closer to being a "rock star" than he is. I think its meant to be a joke, at least that's certainly how I view this - as a joke. Rock star my a**!!!

Kind of. It seems these people have to insult music that they feel is a threat to theirs. Not everyone is into rap or hip-hop. Believe it or not, there are a lot of classic rock fans out there, and I'm one of them.

We live in a country where a lot of people have given their lives for our freedoms! Let's cut the rappers some slack! They have the right to express themselves the best way they can even though none of us can understand a thing they're saying or gripping about...........................!#@%*&(*^

Rap is an insult to everything. Thankfully it's dying and headed back to the ghetto's where it belongs.
