If you have actually presented what you have to the courts, and no one seems to care, you DO NOT have proof that he lied and his lies cost you thousands of dollars. You should take whatever you have to an attorney to see if you have any sort of case.

To everyone mentioning "the prosecution", there is no prosecution in a civil case. If the case in question were a criminal case, the 'cost' would not be money.

Stop acting like a kook - it affects your own credibility. If you have proof this person has been untruthful you can file a suit to recover damages and when you prove him a liar you can then go back to rectify the damages the lying has done.

This person can be charged for perjury, which is a criminal offence. If found guilty the accused can be sent to prison. In the United States, for example, the general perjury statute under Federal law provides for a prison sentence of up to five years.

Hire a lawyer and sue for slander or some sort of civil suit! Usually if someone from the prosecution is caught lying they never are brought up on charges of perjury, but the wittiness lying for the defense will, go figure, it should be the opposite I think!

Realistically not a whole heck of a lot. You can take your evidence (including the court hearing transcripts which you have to pay for) to the the county attorney or DA office and see if there may be enought to prosecute for perjury, but they will not likely find it worth their time to take it on.

If you have the proof, what is stopping you from presenting this to an attorney who knows how to present this information to a judge?

Get an attorney. There are free 30 min. ones all over the place. Do not let him get away with it. Also, expose him!!

keep log of every breath you take, make a whole lot of copy's of your proof and try to send them to proper channels, then wait if none of those proper channels did not do the right thing then go
to MEDIA.

believe me than your action will get their attention.

remember keep log of every single thing you do and keep them in very safe place.

good luck

information is for information. faith or lack or faith would not want information because of the fact its not meant to be suitable. in the adventure that your well known colour is blue, you cant teach that blue is the excellent colour. in case you have self belief in god or you have not got self belief in god, you cant teach its real the two. that's why its called theory. attempting to discover information is in basic terms an excuse to aim to declare that anybody who would not have self belief an identical element as you is incorrect. human beings could desire to end attempting to tutor human beings incorrect and in basic terms have self belief despite it is they think.

They'll go to jail for it and pay a HUGE fine. I suggest you go speak to the attorneys involved in the case and give them your proof of the lie.
