It is safe for you to masterbate One day after your period. So it is safe to 3 days after it. No you can not get an infection from it.

It doesn't make a difference how long after your period you do it, or even if you do it while you are on your period...what can give you an infection is how you do it or if you use...ehem...dirty objects for it. yuck, ca't believe i wrote that! LOL
