System Restore?

I tried to do a system restore (display properties/desktop is totally hosed after an install/uninstall of Webshots...it's looking at My Pictures instead of Windows) and it won't restore. I went back to July 1 and no go. The above problem just started today. Any idea why my restore won't work? Thanks!

Try a different restore point. Maybe a day in June.
Or try July 2nd, 3rd, 4th.

Does anything in windows ever work correctly?I would fdisk and install linux man, you'll be much happier.
