I'm a nurse and treated at 17 y/o pt who thought pouring gas on wet fireworks to get them to ignite would be a good idea.....WRONG!! The pt at burns on their face and hands...scarred for life.

Every 4th of July, everyone go downtown baton rouge, louisinana and see the fireworks on the levee. They have hundreds or maybe thousands of people who go there. You know, we, teens act like we dont have any since whe we go anywhere. Fights started and shooting began too.

Baton Rouge police have made an arrest in the 4th of July shootings on the Mississippi River that left two innocent bystanders wounded. Police spokesman Sgt. Don Kelly tells WAFB 9NEWS that 18-year-old Devin Deon Collins, will be charged with two counts of attempted first degree murder, illegal use of a weapon, and illegal carrying of a weapon.
Police said early Friday evening they believe two men fired shots that evening and a second suspect is still being sought.
Kelly says crime lab analysts determined a shell casing found at the shooting scene matched a weapon found on Collins. Collins was among four men police took into custody shortly after the shootings. All four were later released. Collins was arrested late Friday afternoon, Kelly said.
The two victims from the shooting remain hospitalized. The 21-year-old man who was shot in his head was last listed in critical condition. The 16-year-old female who was shot in her stomach was upgraded from serious to fair condition Friday, family members said.

Yes! my friend fell into a fire pit and we had to take him to the hospital and have three marshmallows removed from his butt

i didn't and neither did my family or friends but i heard about some people getting hurt or killed on the news
