lol i feel like a geek for asking about final fantasy but how do you beat ghis when you are on the airship? been trying for like an hour is there anything he is weak to or anything?

If you are having a hard time, I recommend spending some time leveling up in the Dreadnought Levithan. The guards just keep spawning, so this is a great opportunity to level up a bit. If you have quickenings available, if you can chain 3 together, it should be plenty to wipe out Ghis and his swordsmen. Just wait until Ghis and his men get close together, and target Ghis with the quickenings. This way, it will wipe them all out. If you decide to just fight him with no quickenings, take out his swordsmen first. Have your ranged fighters (ex. Balthier with the gun or Fran with the bow) do the bulk of the healing from a distance. Judge Ghis is level 14, with 4120 HP. Good luck!

u are prolly under level. The airship is a good training spot, i think i trained until we wer all level 12. so get to level 12, and also, keep in mind that u dont have to give the chaaacter there original weapons for example, baither uses a gun which is the one of the weakest weapons in the game. U probably have somehting stronger to give, or u can buy something stronger 4 whoever u want.

use this opportuniy to level up more. Otherwise, use Fran in your party as she will be in auto haste mode.
If u levelled up, he is darn easy to beat. I didnt even have to use Fran or quickenings. I just went in there after levelling up for sometime, i attacked him straightaway without defeating the imperial guards. He went down within a blink of an eye.

just go in there and beat his *** bring your healing gambits to the top dont use your quickening until his health is pretty far down and why the hell you feel like a geek asking this i love these games and no one calls me a geek i almost got all of the games in the seris

Take out the imperial guards first. Also, prepare your quickenings. One cataclysm and he's messed up. ^_^
