do anyone know where you can have a bonfire on chicago's lakefront?

me and my friends wanna have a bonfire on the lakefront, but we don't know where it is ok to do it.

As far as I know the only way to be sure is to check with the Chicago Police Department, but I believe it is not legal to have one.

Flat-out no. You can't start a huge fire on any Chicago lakefront. They don't even allow barbecue grills on sand. You have to use those on the the grass.
