On paper, you go with Branch...
1. He's younger (much).
2. He's arguably the #1 WR in Seattle now.
3. Bruce is at best the third option behind Jackson, and Holt. They also signed Bennett and McMichael, so there aren't a ton of balls to go around.
4. Alexander turns 30, and with injuries is not the offesnive force that Jackson will be.
Neither guy is likely to produce double-digit TDs this year, but Branch has the higher potential to do so. There's less in his way (Hackett, Burleson, Engram, nothing special.)
Bruce is still decent, but hasn't had a great year since the late 1990s.

This is easy, Isaac Bruce will see more action than Deion Branch as far as touches. Tory Holt demands double covereage and Deion branch will be Hasslebacks 1# option. seattle will rely more on S Alexander and that will take opportunities away from the passing game. Stick with BRRRUUUUUCCCEEEEE!!!!

Issac Bruce because he has a good rapport with Bulger unlike Branch with Hasselbeck but with the departure of Jackson, Branch may do better but it would be a gamble
