I have problems with myslef last times. I am extremely happy and it can change in one second to be extremely sad. I am getting frustrated and angry very easy and then just explode. I do not believe in myself at all, I feel worse than everybody else and I feel like somebody who is stupid and everybody just accept him (like you accept that the flower is standing on the window - it is there, it is alive, but you don't think about him like abt someonr who cold be good company or somebody to talk with). I feel so bad. Help me! Please!

Just see your doctor or a counsellor. There is help not too far away, believe me. Age has a lot to do with it, but it's certainly not the only cause, and it's certainly not normal to feel this way. You don't need to feel like this at all and you shouldn't be expected to live through it without help.
Just talk to someone who is non-judgemental about it at least, it doesn't matter who, as long as you get it off your chest, there is help.
Please feel better soon though, stay positive as much as you can =)

It really depends on your age..... I agree.... if you are past your teenage years, get a professional opinion. This sounds like bi-polar disorder or a mood disorder. If you feel suicidal for a period of time and then on top of the world for a period of time, you may need medication for bipolar disorder. I feel it is normal to have some fluctuations in our moods. Pay attention to what triggers it and have a plan to change what makes you feel bad. Pay attention to what makes you feel good about yourself and use that as an outlet. I highly suggest a professional evaluation. Don't spend years of your life being unhappy. I sought professional help at age 25 after many failed relationships and years of just feeling overwhelmed. It was the best thing I ever did.

from what you said it sounds like you feel overlooked and invisible. Your mood that your describing sounds like you are depressed. The first step is to let someone know who you can trust either a friend or family member that you feel this way. Hardest step but the most important. Have you any hobbies or things that make you feel good in yourself doing? everyone has strengths, try to focus on those instead of what you cant do. Everyone has things they are better at. You can do whatever you wish. I believe you can do anything if you put your mind to it and if you try even if it takes a long time it will pay off in the end.
Chin up hun! it will get better in time.. if it doesnt feel that way please go and see a doctor they can suggest more than me...

You need a little profesional help not on the internet
go speak to your GP he will see you get the assistance you need
remember no one is perfect
you are just like the rest of us we all get upset at times we all feel good at times and down at other times
Good luck.

i feel like that sometimes. just remember that there ARE people who care if you live or die. sometimes things can be there darkest before they are bright. and when everyone else has turned there back on you sometimes the only one you can trust is a stranger. there are people who are assholes and there are people who you can trust and will always have your back. the poeple you would never expect to be there will be there and will refuse to leave...just remember you have friends in the shadows

If you are nearing your menopause, such mood swings are common. Or you could have an endocrine gland disorder (thyroid for example). I would recommend a thorough medical check up.

If you are in your teens, this is normal. If you're a grown woman, it may be a chemical imbalance. Whichever you may be, you're dwelling too much on this. Find someone to talk to.
