I have three softball sized meteorites (authenticated by local meteor lab) and was told they are each worth around $4,000. I also have some uncut gemstones, but again, don't know the market that well.

E-bay is a very good place to sell them. Check it out. You'll be surprised how many are there at any given time. $4,000 for each might be a bit high though. With E-bay and the internet making hard to find items easily available, prices for antiques and items like yours have come down. Never the less, collectors and universities watch E-bay. Good luck.

Museums, if they have the budget

eBay, but you better make sure you have authenticity certificates from that lab.

As for the gemstones have the appraised by a jeweler or certified gemologist.
