Aeropostale is great and they are having a really big sale. I found the cutest skirt and top yesterday for 12 bucks total. Granted, it does require a little bit of hunting to find a good deal but it's totally worth it in the long run. Also, Kohl's, JCPenny's and Target are pretty decent when it comes to cute clothes for pretty good deals. Charlotte Russe is also really good if you want to shop in the mall.

aeropostale and america eagle are good. jc penny has some good stuff too. alot for teenagers. it might sound dorky but it's not. have you heard of hollister?
