I think it's both inside and out. You can't think someone is sexy by looks alone, can you?

What's inside counts too. If they are physically attractive, but their attitude isn't great or they might not know how to be sexy. On the other hand, somebody who looks ordinary might have a great attitude and know how to be very sexy. I say give everybody a chance to show how they are inside before you make an assumption.

Oh it's on the outside. Only good looking people ever say, "It's all about what's inside you" The truth is the better looking you are the less inner sexiness you actually have to have.

I think sexiness comes from a person's attitude towards life and other people. Some does come from someone's looks though.

I definitely think it comes from inside as well..the people that are beauty challenged, can make themselves sexy with the right attitude and some good props..

I think sexiness is NOT just the outside..but a combination of both the looks and the personality the person reflects.

oh it come from with in. i have know girls that were not real pretty but when they walk and talk the sexiness just poured from them.. and boys were falling all over them self to be with her.. she was not a loss kind and in time she found her sole mate and last i hear was still married and has 12 grandchildren.. was very happy.. and even at her age still had sexiness coming out of her.. she just had it..

it comes from both. just because a girl is easy to look at doesn't mean shes sexy. a girl has to have brains and a personality also,
